Chillicothe OH- Homeless Man Barred From Downtown Business After Urinating on Building

Chillicothe OH- A Chillicothe Police Officer was dispatched to a downtown business after receiving a complaint regarding a man urinating on the building.

The officer arrived a little after 6:00P.M. at Globe Furniture, located at 63 East Main St and made contact with the male subject. He was identified as a 61 year old homeless man named, Joseph Nagley.

The officer warned Mr. Nagley for urinating in public. Mr. Nagley was also informed that he was being barred from the business and if he was to return, he would be charged with Criminal Trespass and Disorderly Conduct.
