McArthur – Police are in hot pursuit of several chickens that have run amok in downtown McArthur today.
According to police several chickens were, “dumped off in town” and now they are everywhere. What’s worse is once they are caught police are trying to find at least temporary homes for the animals before finding the rightful owner.
Police say that owning farm-type animals is an ordinance violation in McArthur.
