UPDATE: POLCIE HAVE LOCATED THE VICTUIM IN THIS SITUATION AND EVERYTHING IS OK.
CHILLIOCHTE – Chillicothe Police are reporting a possible kidnapping at a Wendy’s in Chillicothe that occurred around 20 minutes ago.
According to dispatch the suspects vehicle was described as a 2004 Honda white in color. Suspects were described as a thin black male driver, passenger a heavy set black female. Victim is a white thin female with a black shirt.
