Kingston – A 18-month-old child has been found in the middle of the roadway in Kingston
The call came in around 10 am when someone said they were at the Marathon Gas station on Main Street in Kingston, and saw a young male child around 18 months old running around on Main street. The caller stated that the child had no pants or diaper on and no nearby adult. The bystander now has the child and is keeping them safe until help arrives.
