Boil Advisory Issued for Parts of Chillicothe

CHILLICOTHE, Ohio (February 26, 2024) – The City of Chillicothe has issued a precautionary boil advisory for residents in a specific area following water main repairs.

Affected Area:

  • All of Park Street from Water Street to Chestnut Street
  • Chestnut Street from Church Street to High Street
  • Church Street from Chestnut Street to Water Street

Precautionary Measures:

Residents in the affected area are advised to boil all water used for drinking, cooking, and oral hygiene for at least one minute for the next 48 hours or until further notice. This includes water used for making ice.
