New Albany, Ohio – April 25, 2024 – Bob Evans Farmhouse Kitchen is delighted to unveil its latest culinary creations with the launch of an enticing selection of Farm-Fresh Salads and elevated Farmhouse classics. The new additions to the menu showcase innovative twists and highlight ingredients sourced directly from American farmers, reaffirming the brand’s commitment to delivering exceptional quality and farm-fresh goodness to its guests.

As warmer days approach, Bob Evans invites diners to indulge in a variety of fresh salads, bursting with vibrant flavors and wholesome ingredients straight from the farm. The new salad lineup includes:

New Steakhouse Salad: Featuring USDA Choice beef steak tips, tomatoes, mushrooms, blue cheese crumbles, and a drizzle of ranch dressing atop fresh greens. Topped with crispy fried onions and green onions, and served with lite balsamic vinaigrette and a choice of Freshly Baked Bread.

New Grilled Chicken Chopped Salad: Grilled chicken, feta cheese, roasted red peppers, tomatoes, and cucumbers atop fresh greens. Served with lite balsamic vinaigrette and a choice of Freshly Baked Bread.

New Summer Berry Salad: Grilled chicken, strawberries, blueberries, pecans, and feta cheese atop fresh greens. Served with lite balsamic vinaigrette and a choice of Freshly Baked Bread.

New Fresh Start Omelet: A hearty omelet featuring chicken sausage, mushrooms, roasted red peppers, tomatoes, caramelized onions, feta & provolone cheeses, and arugula. Served with Hash Browns, Home Fries or Fresh-Cut Fruit, and a choice of Freshly Baked Bread.

New Legendary Turkey Sandwich: A farmer’s club sandwich with slow-roasted turkey, bacon, provolone cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion, and mayo on toasted multigrain bread. Served with French Fries and Deli Pickles.
