TARLTON — A 62-year-old local man found himself behind bars Wednesday following a bizarre and brazen roadside incident in the village of Tarlton.
According to the Pickaway County Sheriff’s Office, deputies arrested Earl Anderson, 62, after responding to an emergency 911 call placed by a passing motorist.
Investigators report that the female caller was driving along West Main Street in Tarlton when she encountered Anderson in the open roadway. According to the report, Anderson was actively urinating on the public road directly in front of her moving vehicle.
Deputies arrived on the scene shortly after the call and quickly gathered sufficient evidence to take Anderson into custody. He has been charged with public indecency and disorderly conduct.
