The night began with a significant arrest at 3:16 a.m. on E. 2nd St., where officers responding to a suspicious vehicle call apprehended an individual for drug paraphernalia, possession of drugs, and an outstanding warrant. A disorderly conduct report at 8:28 a.m. at Walmart on N. Bridge St. prompted an ongoing investigation, while a warrant was emailed at 1:36 p.m. on N. Paint St., with further inquiry underway.
