Man Watches His ATV Get Stolen Live on Camera in Ross County

ROSS – A man witnessed his own property get stolen yesterday on a live camera.

According to Ross County Sheriff’s office on 12/01/21, a deputy was dispatched to 1378 Copperas Mountain Road for the report of an active criminal trespass and theft of an ATV.

The caller said that he is currently watching a man wearing a camo coat, hoodie, blue jean, red gloves, tennis shoes and a blue bandanna over his face on his trail camera actively walking around his leased hunting camp
attempting to enter the campers on site.

The Victim advised dispatchers that he was currently in Michigan and watching this live. He updated dispatchers several minutes later that the above-described individual had left the site and stolen a green Polaris Ranger 900 that had been parked at the site without the keys in it.

The Sheriff Department is now searching for the vehicle if you have any information please contact the sheriff department.
