Early voting for the upcoming election will commence on October 8, 2024, at the Pickaway County Board of Elections office, located at 141 West Main Street, Suite 800, Circleville, Ohio 43113. Voters must present a valid, unexpired Ohio-issued ID, passport, or US military/national guard/veterans ID when voting in person.
The Board of Elections office will offer extended hours to accommodate early voters. For specific hours and additional details, visit our website at https://www.boe.ohio.gov/pickaway/. The website also provides resources such as sample ballots, candidate lists, a mail ballot request form, and information on election day polling places.
Election Day is November 5, 2024, with polling hours from 6:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. Voting will take place at 17 locations across Pickaway County, not at the Board of Elections office.
Important Polling Location Change:
Voters in the Circleville-South, Pickaway-East, and Pickaway-West districts will notice a change in their polling location. These voters will no longer cast their ballots at Crossroads Church in Circleville. Instead, they will vote at Emmett Chapel Church, located at 318 Tarlton Road, just off US 23. All affected voters will receive a yellow postcard with details about this change.
“While we have valued our partnership with Crossroads Church, safety concerns regarding polling locations on school premises have prompted this change,” said Nicklas, Director of the Pickaway County Board of Elections. “Our goal is to ensure a secure and convenient voting experience for all.”
