ASHVILLE – The village of Ashville has posted their trick or treat times and noted that they will not have a annual parade and trick or treat contest.

According to the village Trick or treat times are October 31 from 4-5:30 pm there will be no parade or costume contest this year due to COVID-19.

Gov. Dewine said in his press conference that Halloween celebrations this year will not look like those in years past. Face coverings must be worn, social distancing should be practiced, large groups should be avoided. And stay home if you are sick. He also said that he would allow local cities to make the decision on trick or treat times but would post some guidance when it came to haunted houses and hayride attractions, those developing guidance they will be sharing on coronavirus.ohio.gov to help communities and families plan.
