PICKAWAY – US Representative Steve Stivers spent the day in Pickaway county yesterday involved in several events.
According to Stivers he spent the morning at a addiction roundtable with law enforcement , community action, judges, and other local groups, where he said that, “there are some ideas that he will take back to Washington for legislation.”
Stivers said that then he had a small campaign rally in Downtown Circleville. Where he shared Pizza with volunteers outside the Republicans’ Headquarters.
Afterwards Stivers said they did some Downtown Circleville Shopping and visited several stores including Circleville Apothecary where he received a flu shot.
✅I got a flu shot at Circleville Apothecary, one of many local pharmacies offering flu shots.
It’s especially important to get a flu shot this year. This will help protect at-risk neighbors & reduce hospital visits during the COVID pandemic.

“Because we are not having a Pumpkin Show this year, this will really hurt local shops. So I want to encourage everybody to go to downtown Circleville and shop and buy things to support our local business.”
Stivers final stop in Pickaway was to the Touched by cancer fundraising event “Karen’s Shoot” that supports the mission to provide oncologic massage, yoga, relaxation therapies, and education to those touched by cancer with the purpose of empowering individuals to create the optimum conditions for improved healing of the mind, body, and spirit.
