South Bloomfield – South Bloomfield police have warned of scamming going on in the area.
Possible scammers working our area. Tonight our officers were notified of a man and younger female walking around our village collecting money for a walk-a-thon. They have nothing identifiable as representing such an activity. There is no known activity in the Teays Valley area. They have since been ordered out of the village until they get a proper permit issued by the Village. Remember to ask for identification if you are the least bit suspicious of any solicitors.
