Ashton Cotton and Shelby Ward, 2018 graduates of Logan Elm High School, recently completed a Campus Beautification project on the Logan Elm campus. Ashton and Shelby painted a mural on the wall of the covered walkway between LEHS and McDowell Middle School. The mural features the words of Chief Logan’s speech above scenes that depict the many varied activities at Logan Elm High School. Ashton and Shelby spent over 170 hours completing the project.

As a gesture of appreciation, the Logan Elm Board of Education presented Ashton and Shelby with a shadow box containing their original mock up artwork of the mural. The shadow box will be displayed in the LEHS trophy case.
