Thomas Hoffman Jr., 22, of Circleville, passed away on April 15, 2017.
He was born in Columbus to Thomas Hoffman Sr. and Amy (Conner) Darby.
He was preceded in death by a sister, Angel Griffey Hoffman.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by siblings, Jacob and Jerrod Conner, Desirae Hoffman, Dylan Lintz and Jason Knece.
A graveside service was held at 11 a.m. Thursday, April 20, 2017, in Forest Cemetery with Pastor Mike Henderson officiating.
