Lancaster OH- A report obtained from the Lancaster Police Department says that an arrest has been made regarding the fires that destroyed a large homeless encampment behind River Valley Mall.
After a thorough investigation, 22 year old Brandon Sprague of Lancaster has been charged with arson.
