Circleville City Council Says Goodbye to Two Members of Council

CIRCLEVILLE – On December 17th, 2019 Circleville City Council said goodbye to two of its members who were serving on city council and have ended their term.

Julie Strawer, 1st Ward who chose this year not to rerun and retire from serving, and Tom Spring, At Large who ran for Circleville City Mayor instead of running for his position again.

Katie Hedges, Tom Klitzka and Michelle Blanton will be replacing the at large positions on Council. David Crawford will remain President of Council. Jeff Hallinin will replace Julie Stawers position, and Todd Brady will move from At Large to 3rd ward position.
