UPDATE: Dog has been found safe- car still missing.
Chillicothe OH- A car with a mans dog inside was stolen from Harbor Freight the morning of Sunday March 8, 2020 at approximately 10:00A.M.
The vehicle is a silver 2010 Toyota Corolla with Ohio Plate GMW 4953. The vehicle also shows some damage below the passenger side headlight area. The dogs name is Waylon and he is a multis and yorkie mix.
