CIRCLEVILLE – AN accident has been reported at the intersection of Huston Street and US 23 shutting down Northbound US23.
The accident involves two vehicles and emergency crews are on scene. The first responders are preparing to open one lane soon. Though traffic is backed up in the area for about a mile, please avoid the area if you can and use North Court street as a alternative route.
