CIRCLEVILLE – You may see people wearing blue everywhere tomorrow (January 11) thats because Blue Campaign created by Department of Homeland Security for a unified voice to combat human trafficking.  The campaign was created in 2010 in a effort to raise public awareness to human trafficking, protect victims, and bring perpetrators to justice.
