Chillicothe – Early this morning, at approximately 12:05 am, the Chillicothe Police
Department’s Patrol Division responded to a report of gunfire and screaming in the
area of East Water Street. Upon arrival, officers discovered three adults who were
injured as a result of the incident.
Two of the injured individuals were transported to Adena Regional Medical
Center for medical attention, while the third person was pronounced deceased at
the scene.
The Chillicothe Police Detective Division is actively investigating and requests
anyone who witnessed the incident or has any relevant information to contact
