    Traffic Safety Poster Program:

The AAA Traffic Safety Poster Program aims to reduce traffic and pedestrian crashes, the leading causes of death for children ages 3 to 14. Students of all ages illustrate a selected safety category, under the supervision of dedicated educators and youth leaders.

    Categories include:

    • Primary (grades K-2): Pedestrian and Child Passenger Safety posters
    • Elementary (grades 3-5): Getting to School Safely posters
    • Junior High (grades 6-8): How to Be a Good Passenger posters
    • Senior High (grades 9-12): Safe Teen Driving posters, graphic arts digitally enhanced submissions or audio/visual PSAs

A select panel of judges from AAA carefully selects winners in each category that display the proper use of traffic safety principles and demonstrate the student’s ability to create memorable entries that lead others to safety through example and enthusiasm. Redman and Donaldson’s PSA did just that.
