Ross County – A man took to his own abilities to find a piece of equipment that was stolen from the company that he works for.

According to the Ross County Sheriff’s office, they were contacted by an employee who said that they had located a Bobcat Skid steer that had been stolen from the company recently at 137 Toad Hollow Rd in Ross County. Using information obtained by the employee the Ross County Investigators were able to secure a search warrant and executed the search over the weekend. During their investigation, they found the skid steer in the back of the property behind a fence and towed it away.

The owner of the property was not on scene during the search and charges are most likely pending.
