CHILLICOTHE, OH – On June 11, 2024, at approximately 3:38 p.m., officers responded to a report of trespassing at 365 E Second St., a property condemned by the city.
Upon arrival, officers discovered two individuals, Tiffany Reynolds and Joseph Oakes, in the backyard. Both claimed they were lost and unaware of the property’s condemned status.
The officers issued trespass warnings to Reynolds and Oakes, informing them that any future presence on the property would result in trespassing charges. Both individuals acknowledged the warning and were added to the city’s trespass notice records.
