Staff Reports
The following cases recently were heard by Judge P. Randall Knece in Pickaway County Common Pleas Court:
– Derek M. Binkley, 33, of Meadow Drive, Circleville, pleaded guilty to a violation of community control. He was sentenced to nine months in state prison at Orient.
– Jeremy P. Coleman, 28, of Island Road, Circleville, pleaded guilty to a violation of community control. He was sentenced to 12 months in state prison at Orient.
– Reuben L. Joyner, 31, of Columbus, pleaded not guilty to engaging in a pattern of corrupt activity, eight counts of trafficking in heroin and three counts of trafficking in cocaine. A pretrial hearing is set for Oct. 9.
– Brandon L. Prater, 30, of Columbus, pleaded not guilty to complicity to possession of cocaine and complicity to trafficking in cocaine. A pretrial hearing is set for Oct. 9.
– Terry T. Pullen, 36, an inmate at the Southeast Correctional Facility in Lucasville, pleaded not guilty to assault of a corrections officer. A pretrial hearing is set for Oct. 9.
– Francis Riley, 44, of Columbus, pleaded not guilty to non-support of dependents. A pretrial hearing is set for Oct. 9.
– Gregory G. Rodgers, 44, of London, pleaded guilty to a violation of community control. He was sentenced to 12 months in state prison at Orient.
– James H. Williams, 60, of Chillicothe, pleaded not guilty to two counts of possession of cocaine. A pretrial hearing is set for Oct. 9.
