Julia Mae Giffin, 64, of Circleville, passed away on Monday, Aug. 31, 2015.
She was born on March 5, 1951, in Chillicothe, to Ralph and Catherine (Bingmer) Boggs.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, William Giffin Sr.; daughter, Rhonda Rose; and by sister, Linda Mills.
Julia is survived by her children, Kim Rowland, Billie Jo Giffin and William Giffin Jr.; nine grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and by sisters, Kathy Howell and Lisa Jenkins.
Funeral service will be held at noon on Thursday, Sept. 3, 2015, at the Wellman Funeral Home with burial to follow in Forest Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home from 10 a.m. until the time of service at noon on Thursday.
