Terry L. McCreary, 63, of Mechanicsburg, passed away Sunday, July 19, 2015, in his home surrounded by his loving family.
He was born April 8, 1952, in Urbana, to Frank and Alice (Lippencott) McCreary.
He served in the Army National Guard.
Terry was a hard worker. He was devoted to his family, loved his wife, children and grandchildren and was known to always have a smile on his face.
Along with his parents, he is also survived by his loving wife of 25 years, Brenda (Reid) McCreary; children, Sheri (Chris) Kelsey, Sara McCreary, Mindy (George) Mettler, Brian (Vickie) McCreary and Wesley Holbrook; grandchildren, Cody, Tyler, Laura, Dusty, Carleigh, Cheyenne, Emma and Dillon; brothers, Mike (Paula) McCreary, Steven (Cheryl) McCreary and Fred (Cindy) McCreary; brother-in-law, Bruce (Julie) Reid; special friends, Jene Anne Willson and Danny.
The family will receive friends from 1 to 3 and 5 to 7 p.m. with the service to follow at 7 p.m. Thursday, July 23, 2015, at Ferguson Funeral Home, 202 E. Main St. (Rt. 161W), Plain City.
