Students named to dean’s list at Shawnee State
Shawnee State University Provost Alan Walker, Ph.D., has released the dean’s list for the spring semester 2015. To be named on the list, students must be full time and achieve a grade point average of 3.5 or better.

Locals graduate from Shawnee State
Shawnee State University held commencement on Saturday, May 9, conferring degrees on 439 students with 250 receiving bachelor’s degrees, 179 receiving associate’s degrees and three graduates receiving master’s degrees.
- Drew Robbins of Ashville earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Fine Arts.
- Taylor Conn of Ashville earned a Bachelor of Individualized Studies in Individualized Studies.
- Crystal Merritt of Circleville earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.
- Shaelyn Hart of Circleville earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
- Justin Ellis of Orient earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.
