Marvin Ray Thompson, 60, of Williamsport, passed away on Thursday, July 16, 2015.
He was born on Jan. 23, 1955, in Montgomery, West Virginia, to Marvin and Sarah (Enyart) Thompson.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by brothers, James and Douglas Thompson.
Marvin is survived by his wife, Wendy; his children, Christina Kissling, Christopher (Danielle) Thompson, Mark Thompson (Ashley), Joseph, David and Michael Bundock; grandchildren, Courtney, Shelby, Olivia, Alexis, Christian, Tori and Braylon; great-grandchildren, Paxton, Joseph, Patrick, Wyatt, Benjamin and Quentin; brothers, Ronald and Roger Thompson; and sisters, Arletta (Robert) Dale and Faye (Dorsey) Bias.
Funeral service will be held at 3 p.m. Sunday, July 20, 2015, at the Wellman Funeral Home with Pastor Dewey Bias officiating. Graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, July 21, 2015, at the Springlawn Cemetery, Williamsport. Friends may call from 1 p.m. until the time of service at 3 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
