Tammy Jeanette Sayers, 42, of South Bloomfield, passed away on Sunday, July 5, 2015.
She was born on June 10, 1973, in Gallipolis, to Willard and Freda (Taylor) Thomas.
She was preceded in death by her father.
Tammy is survived by her mother, Freda Thomas; her husband, Thomas Sayers; children, Kayla and Katelyn Thomas and Heaven Sayers; brother, Willard Thomas; and by several nieces and nephews.
Funeral service will be held at 7 p.m. Wednesday, July 8, 2015, at the Wellman Funeral Home with Chaplain Jim Ferrell officiating. Friends may call from 5 p.m. until time of service at 7 p.m. on Wednesday.
