Blanche Olive Hettinger, 94, formerly of Kingston, entered into Heaven July 2, 2015, at Pickaway Manor.
She was born Jan. 18, 1921, the daughter of the late Charles and Leo Morrison Carney.
On Feb. 15, 1941, she married Walter “Jack” Hettinger, who preceded her in 2005. Blanche was also predeceased by a granddaughter, Cassandra (Casey) Fee; brothers, Everett, Bethel, Tom and Stillman Carney; and sister, Uhil Arledge.
Survivors are daughters, Charlene (Rodney) Amerine of South Bloomingville, Sandy (Dean) Forcum of Chillicothe and Karen Sue Fee of Pickerington; son, Walter L. (Linda) Hettinger of South Bloomingville; sister, Frances Ott; seven grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Monday, July 6, 2015, at the Hill Funeral Home, Kingston, with Pastor Vandagriff officiating. Burial will follow in the Green Summit Cemetery. Friends may call from noon until the hour of service Monday at Hill’s.
