Staff Reports

The following cases were heard Feb. 11 by Judge P. Randall Knece in Pickaway County Common Pleas Court:

– Edmond Oullett, 37, of Chillicothe, pleaded guilty to aggravated trafficking in drugs and trafficking in drugs. He was sentenced to 24 months in state prison at Orient and a six-month driver’s license suspension.

– Brian S. Stonerock, 37, of Kingston-Adelphi Road, Kingston, pleaded guilty to assault on a peace officer. He was sentenced to 14 months in state prison at Orient.

– Heather Sue Danner, 23, of Walnut Street, Circleville, pleaded guilty to trafficking in cocaine and trafficking in heroin. She will be sentenced following a pre-sentence investigation by the court.

– Joseph M. Fleischman, 27, of Scioto Darby Road, Orient, pleaded guilty to theft and forgery. He was sentenced to six months in state prison at Orient and must pay $126.44 in restitution.

– Samantha M. Redd, 29, of High Street, Clarksburg, pleaded not guilty to two counts of aggravated possession of drugs. A pretrial hearing is set for March 13.

– Justin J. Santos, 22, of London Road, Orient, pleaded not guilty by reason of insanity to two counts of felonious assault. He was ordered to undergo a Netcare examination.

– David A. Jones, 30, of Morris Salem Road, Circleville, pleaded guilty to two counts of aggravated trafficking in drugs. He was sentenced to 12 months in state prison at Orient and a six-month driver’s license suspension.

– Bobby G. Hupp Sr., 30, of Tarlton Road, Circleville, pleaded guilty to theft and forgery. He was sentenced to 10 months in state prison at Orient and must pay $323 in restitution.

– Robert A. Schofield, 51, of East Mill Street, Circleville, pleaded not guilty to domestic violence. A pretrial hearing is set for March 13.

– Kenny J. Williamson, 32, of Verdunville, West Virginia, pleaded not guilty to possession of marijuana and trafficking in marijuana. A pretrial hearing is set for March 13.

– Donald Lee, 31, of Chillicothe, pleaded not guilty to nonsupport of dependents. A pretrial hearing is set for March 13.

– Joshua T. Mogan, 21, of Plum Street, Ashville, pleaded guilty to pandering obscenity involving a minor. He will be sentenced following a pre-sentence investigation by the court.

– Tabitha Fullen, 34, of Town Street, Circleville, pleaded guilty to grand theft and falsification. She will be sentenced following a pre-sentence investigation by the court.

– Zachary L. Hundley, 22, of Greenbriar Street, Derby, pleaded guilty to trafficking in heroin and possession of heroin. He will be sentenced following a pre-sentence investigation by the court.
