The following cases recently were heard by Judge P. Randall Knece in Pickaway County Common Pleas Court:
– Patrick T. Bryant III, 27, of McArthur, pleaded not guilty to non-support of dependents. A pretrial hearing is set for June 12.
– Michael E. Camp, 36, of Eastmoor Drive, Circleville, pleaded guilty to felony OVI. He was sentenced to 24 months in state prison at Orient and a 10-year driver’s license suspension.
– Cody C. Clyne, 22, of state Route 56 East, Circleville, pleaded guilty to illegal assembly of chemicals for the manufacture of drugs and illegal manufacture of drugs. He will be sentenced following a pre-sentence investigation by the court.
– Mallory L. Cordell, 20, of Tarlton Road, Circleville, pleaded guilty to two counts of possession of heroin. She will be sentenced following a pre-sentence investigation by the court.
– Elyse D. Craig, 25, of Rush Drive, Circleville, pleaded guilty to two counts of possession of heroin. She will be sentenced following a pre-sentence investigation by the court.
– Amanda L. Crosby, 30, of Pickaway Street, Ashville, pleaded guilty to possession of cocaine. She was sentenced to six months in state prison at Marysville and a six-month driver’s license suspension.
– Joshua T. Cross, 33, of Dearborn Avenue, Circleville, pleaded guilty to possession of heroin. He will be sentenced following a pre-sentence investigation by the court.
– Michelle Darnell, 30, of Gibson Road, Ashville, pleaded guilty to grand theft, Medicaid eligibility fraud and falsification. She will be sentenced following a pre-sentence investigation by the court.
– Robert E. Davis II, 30, of Egypt Pike, Clarksburg, pleaded guilty to two counts of non-support of dependents. He will be sentenced following a pre-sentence investigation by the court.
– Roger C. Derr, 40, of East High Street, Circleville, pleaded guilty to two counts of possession of heroin. He was sentenced to 14 months in state prison at Orient and a six-month driver’s license suspension.
– Scott A. Gannon, 36, of Darby Road, Circleville, pleaded guilty to theft. He will be sentenced following a pre-sentence investigation by the court.
– Cory E. Gilpen III, 3, of Logan Street, Circleville, pleaded guilty to possession of cocaine. He will be sentenced following a pre-sentence investigation by the court.
– Nicole M. Grambo, 35, of Cherokee Drive, Circleville, pleaded guilty to engaging in a pattern of corrupt activity, trafficking in cocaine and trafficking in heroin. She was sentenced to four years in state prison at Marysville, plus an additional four years suspended, and five years of community control after serving the mandatory four years for the RICO count. She also received a six-month driver’s license suspension.
– Tyler A. Johnson, 23, of Bollens Avenue, Circleville, pleaded guilty to two counts of possession of heroin. He will be sentenced following a pre-sentence investigation by the court.
– Andrew E. Swift, 45, of West High Street, Circleville, pleaded not guilty to engaging in a pattern of corrupt activity, two counts of trafficking in cocaine and three counts of trafficking in heroin. A pretrial hearing is set for June 12.
– Anesha R. Swift, 25, of Maple Street, Stoutsville, pleaded guilty to engaging in a pattern of corrupt activity, trafficking in heroin and trafficking in cocaine. She will be sentenced following a pre-sentence investigation by the court.
– Ryan Wurtzel, 41, of Chillicothe, pleaded guilty to non-support of dependents. He was sentenced to 18 months in state prison (suspended) and ordered to serve three years of community control.
