Staff Reports
The following cases recently were heard by Judge P. Randall Knece in Pickaway County Common Pleas Court:
– Jeffrey T. Ash, 47, of South Harrison Street, Tarlton, pleaded guilty to illegal assembly of chemicals for the manufacture of drugs. He was sentenced to 36 months in state prison (suspended) and a six-month driver’s license suspension. He also must serve three years of community control.
– Holly S. Casto-Lemay, 22, of Chillicothe, pleaded not guilty to three counts of trafficking in heroin. A pretrial hearing is set for June 12.
– Ashley K. Diller, 29, of Minford, pleaded not guilty to trafficking in heroin and possession of heroin. A pretrial hearing is set for June 12.
– Jessica L. Dodge, 34, of Cherokee Drive, Circleville, pleaded guilty to engaging in a pattern of corrupt activity, trafficking in heroin and trafficking in cocaine. She will be sentenced following a pre-sentence investigation by the court.
– Amy K. Frazier, 36, of East Ohio Street, Circleville, pleaded guilty to two counts of possession of heroin. She will be sentenced following a pre-sentence investigation by the court.
– Ronald L. Hedges, 46, of Hitler Road #2, pleaded not guilty to failure to appear for sentencing. A pretrial hearing is set for June 12.
– William J. Justice, 38, of Wheelersburg, pleaded guilty to pandering obscenity involving a minor. He will be sentenced following a pre-sentence investigation by the court.
– Timothy E. Neff, 35, of Jackson, pleaded not guilty to two counts of possession of cocaine. A pretrial hearing is set for June 12.
– Bob C. Smith, 49, of North Court Street, pleaded guilty to non-support of dependents. He will be sentenced following a pre-sentence investigation by the court.
– Ashley N. Tatman, 31, of Thompson Ridge Road, Laurelville, pleaded not guilty to receiving stolen property. A pretrial hearing is set for June 12.
– Marilyn Y. Whatley, 35, of Columbus, pleaded not guilty to theft. A pretrial hearing is set for June 12.
