The following cases recently were heard by Judge P. Randall Knece in Pickaway County Common Pleas Court:
– Jeffrey E. Adams, 61, of Chillicothe, pleaded guilty to possession of cocaine and attempted possession of heroin. He was sentenced to 18 months in state prison at Orient and a six-month driver’s license suspension.
– Christopher J. Bevins, 29, of Westerville, pleaded guilty to a violation of community control. He was ordered to complete a community-based correctional facility program.
– Susan Cornwell, 48, of South Court Street, Circleville, pleaded not guilty to non-support of dependents. A pretrial hearing is set for June 12.
– Jessica Elliott, 26, of Washington Court House, pleaded not guilty to three counts of theft of drugs. A pretrial hearing is set for June 12.
– Travis M. Faile, 30, of Duvall Road, Ashville, pleaded not guilty to theft and forgery. A pretrial hearing is set for June 12.
– Tyler L. Lowery, 18, of Island Road, Circleville, pleaded guilty to a violation of community control. He was sentenced to 16 months in state prison at Orient.
– Rickey A. Sowers Jr., 30, of Beaver, pleaded guilty to theft. He will be sentenced following a pre-sentence investigation by the court.
– Sarah R. Stephens, 26, of Chillicothe, pleaded guilty to a violation of community control. She was sentenced to 11 months in state prison at Marysville.
– Marsha A. Weaver, 56, of Chillicothe, pleaded guilty to possession of heroin and aggravated possession of drugs. She was sentenced to 24 months in state prison at Marysville and a six-month driver’s license suspension.
– Christian Webb, 20, of Piketown, pleaded not guilty to two counts of possession of cocaine. A pretrial hearing is set for June 12.
