The following cases recently were heard by Judge P. Randall Knece in Pickaway County Common Pleas Court:

– Timothy Francis, 30, of Sunshine Court, Circleville, pleaded not guilty to a violation of community control and non-support of dependents. A pretrial hearing is set for Oct. 14.

– David L. Hensley, 46, of Harrisburg, pleaded guilty to theft. He was sentenced to 13 months in state prison (suspended), $500 restitution, three years of community control and 30 days in the county jail.

– Zacheriah J. Jeffers, 28, of Frankfort, pleaded guilty to possession of heroin. He will be sentenced following a pre-sentence investigation by the court.

– Devon L. Macioci, 19, of Pinckney Street, Circleville, pleaded guilty to theft. He was sentenced to 30 days in the county jail, six months in the STAR program and three years of intervention.

– Janice C. Najuch, 42, of Gale Court, Circleville, pleaded guilty to violation of terms of intervention – drug abuse. She was sentenced to 11 months in state prison and a six-month driver’s license suspension.

– Tiffany Weeks, 35, of Watt Street, Circleville, pleaded not guilty to non-support of dependents. A pretrial hearing is set for Oct. 14.

– Brian J. Barnes, 56, of Mt. Perry, pleaded guilty to illegal conveyance of items into a prison. He was sentenced to nine months in state prison.

– Derrica Brewer, 28, of Columbus, pleaded not guilty to possession of cocaine, illegal conveyance of items into a prison and tampering with evidence. A pretrial hearing is set for Oct. 14.

– Tony L. Carmona, 20, of Seney Road, Chillicothe, pleaded guilty to receiving stolen property. He was sentenced to 30 days in the county jail, six months in the STAR program and three years of intervention.

– Williard T. Carrel, 31, of Rosewood Avenue, Circleville, pleaded not guilty to felonious assault and kidnapping. A pretrial hearing is set for Oct. 14.

– Derek Conboy, 38, of South Redding Street, Tarlton, pleaded guilty to a violation of community control. He was sentenced to credit for days served in the county jail and a continuation of community control.

– Skip R. Ferguson, 39, of Watt Street, Circleville, pleaded not guilty to nine counts of rape. A pretrial hearing is set for Oct. 14.

– Dreema J. Glispie, 28, of Half Avenue, Circleville, pleaded guilty to receiving stolen property, theft of drugs and tampering with evidence. She was sentenced to three years of intervention and six months in a community-based correctional facility program.

– Justin Hoffman, 29, of Columbus, pleaded guilty to a violation of terms of intervention. He was sentenced to six months in a community-based correctional facility program.

Roger D. Jenkins, 52, of Stoutsville, pleaded guilty to theft. He will be sentenced following a pre-sentence investigation by the court.

– Orville Johnson, 60, of Delaware, pleaded guilty to non-support of dependents. He was sentenced to 12 months in state prison (suspended) and three years of community control.

– Brittany N. Lambert, 26, of East Franklin Street, Circleville, pleaded not guilty to forgery and theft. A pretrial hearing is set for Oct. 14.

– Brian J. Mathews, 37, of Columbus, pleaded not guilty to receiving stolen property. A pretrial hearing is set for Oct. 14.

– Joshua A. Moody, 27, of East Franklin Street, Circleville, pleaded not guilty to theft and forgery. A pretrial hearing is set for Oct. 14.

– Steve M. Stanton, 48, of Welch Road, Orient, pleaded not guilty to trafficking in heroin. A pretrial hearing is set for Oct. 14.

– Dustin M. Sutton, 30, of Logan Street, Circleville, pleaded not guilty to non-support of dependents. A pretrial hearing is set for Oct. 14.

– Harry E. Swank, 46, of Jackson, pleaded guilty to violation of terms of intervention. He was ordered to complete a day-reporting program.

– Teddy H. Vanhorn, 41, of Avon Drive, Circleville, pleaded guilty to receiving stolen property and misuse of a credit card. He will be sentenced following a pre-sentence investigation by the court.
