Harold Andrew Tener, 76, of Circleville, passed away on Aug. 10, 2016.
He was born on Aug. 26, 1939, in Circleville, to Harold and Naomi (Hatfield) Tener.
He retired from the Ohio Department of Agriculture.
Harold was a member of Crossroads Church, Pickaway County Camp of Gideons International and was an adult leader for Boy Scouts of America.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by son, Mark Tener; granddaughter, Sarah Imler; and by father-in-law, George Clark.
Harold is survived by his wife, Ruth Ann (Clark) Tener; children, Timothy (Rebecca) Tener and Rebekah (Phil) Imler; daughter-in-law, Sandra Tener; grandchildren, Christopher and Brooke Tener, Elisha, Jeremiah, Isaiah, Malachi and Andrew Martindale; sisters, Glenda (M. James) Kramer and N. Jean Tener; mother-in-law, Flo Ann Clark; and by extended family, Romayne and Charles Martindale.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Monday, Aug. 15, 2016, at Crossroads Church. Burial will follow in Forest Cemetery. Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday at the Wellman Funeral Home, Circleville.
