Kayla Eugene Leach, infant, of Kingston, passed away Friday, June 24, 2016, at Berger Hospital, Circleville.
She was born on Friday, June 24, 2016, to RJ Leach and Tonya Mount of Kingston.
In addition to her parents, Kayla is survived by a brother, Donald Mount, and a sister, Kyra Leach, both at home; grandparents, Donald and Rebecca Mount of Kingston and Jennifer Whaley of Racine; great-grandmother, Sally Whaley of Bainbridge; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
Funeral service will be held at 2:30 p.m. Thursday, June 30, 2016, with visitation at 1:30 p.m. at the Oliver-Cheek Funeral Home, 420 W. Main St., Ashville, with Pastor Jim Ritterbach officiating. Interment will follow in Forest Cemetery, Circleville.
