Jerry Lee Dennis, 69, of Circleville, passed away on June 20, 2016.
He was born on Oct. 23, 1946, in Columbus, to Eugene and Ruth (Colegrove) Dennis.
He was a U.S. Army veteran of the Vietnam War.
Jerry is survived by his wife, Connie (Pyles) Dennis; his children, Kim (Todd) Jackson, James (Julie) Dennis, Timothy (Sandra) Dennis and Stacey (Mike) Gaines; grandchildren, Jared, Hannah, Courtney, Sara, Chaz, Hunter, Haley and Casey; and by great-grandchild, Audri.
A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. Friday, June 24, 2016, at the Wellman Funeral Home, Circleville, with Pastor Bruce Viar officiating.
