Jeffrey Allen Frazier, 44, of Ringgold, passed away at his residence.
He was born on July 5, 1971, in Columbus, to Leon and Bonnie Kay (Sopher) Frazier of Groveport, who survive.
Jeff had worked as an operating engineer.
He was preceded in death by a brother, Thomas Scott Frazier.
He is survived by children, Joshua, Allen Michael, Gage, Alexis and Amber; granddaughter, Adaline Grace; sister, Michelle Kay Frazier; and niece, Samantha.
A memorial service will be held at 7 p.m. Monday, May 23, 2016, in the Oliver-Cheek Funeral Home, 420 W. Main St., Ashville, with Rev. Ron Reese officiating.
