Howard Curtis McNichols, 68, of Adelphi, passed away on May 21, 2016.
He was born on Jan. 12, 1948, in Hocking County, to John and Wanna (Swackhammer) McNichols.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and by seven brothers and one sister.
Howard is survived by his wife, Shirley McNichols; children, Charma (Mike) Hedges, Terry (Dani) McNichols and Kristina (Rocky) Bigler; step-daughters, Cheryl McWhorter and Shannon (Robert) Corwin; ex-wife, Linda McNichols; grandchildren, Tiffany (Todd) Poling, Shaun Hedges, Diamond (Josh) Kuhns, Dorothy and Daphne McNichols, Zackery and Austin Bigler, Cassie Lawrence, Cameron McWhorter and Makayla Petersen, brother; Ronald (Bev) McNichols and by sister; Viola Roof.
Funeral services will be held at 5 p.m. Wednesday, May 25, 2016, at the Wellman Funeral Home, Laurelville. Friends may call from 1 to 5 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
