James A. (Nicklis) Philput, age 55, passed away April 16, 2016.
He was an electrician for Plaza Properties.
James was an avid fisherman and a loyal Ohio State fan.
He was preceded in death by his father, James Nicklis; and mother, Sandra Philput.
Survivors include his step-father, Arthur (Nebby) Philput; step-mother, Joy Nicklis; sisters, Kathy (Rick) Shirk, Janette ( James) Pepper, Pammy (Rick) Owens and Tammy Tucker; brothers, Ted Philput and Jamie (Catina) Nicklis; dear friend, Tina Decker; and many nieces and nephews.
Private family services will be observed.
The family would like to give special thanks to Dr. Larry Everhart and staff.
Memorial donations may be made to The American Heart Association or McConnell Heart Hospital at Riverside Hospital in his memory.
