Christopher Charles Perry, 40, of Circleville, passed away on April 19, 2016, in Circleville.
He was born on April 23, 1975, in California.
Christopher is survived by his father, Cecil Daugherty; his mother, Laurel Adair; his children, Makayla and Jared; and by two sisters, Michelle Rhodes and Heather Mack.
Cremation has been observed.
