– A resident in the 4000 block of Airbase Road reported the theft of a log splitter. A report was taken on theft.
– South Central Power advised the power had been shut off at a residence in the 8000 block of Marcy Road and was illegally turned back on. A report was taken on theft.
March 24
– Tyler M. Adams, 23, of Ashville, was arrested for theft at Walmart after being accused of stealing miscellaneous items.
– A resident in the 2000 block of North Court Street reported an unknown person took her wallet from her purse. A report was taken on breaking and entering.
– A resident in the 28000 block of Morris Salem Road reported someone had been using his personal information. A report was taken on identity theft.
– James O. Daniels, 41, of Springfield, was arrested for possession of cocaine and possession of drug abuse instruments following a traffic stop at U.S. Route 23 and Pittsburgh Road.
– A resident on East Front Street in New Holland reported a stolen bicycle.
– Mitchell O. Showmaker, 58, of Circleville, was arrested for disorderly conduct in the 200 block of Ludwig Drive.
– A deputy responded to an activated alarm in the 20000 block of Ringgold Southern Road. It was an accidental activation.
– A deputy responded to an activated alarm in the 1700 block of Shoshoni Drive, Circleville. Everything checked secure.
– A deputy responded to reports of a domestic dispute in the 6000 block of Putnam Drive, Circleville. A report was filed.
– A deputy responded to a complaint on a person in the 7000 block of Stahl Road, Orient. A report was filed.
– Dustin White, 32, of Middleport, was arrested on an indictment from Pickaway County Common Pleas Court for the original charge of non-support of dependents.
– Michael L. Chandler Jr., 25, of Columbus, was arrested on a warrant from Circleville Municipal Court for failure to appear on the original charge of driving under suspension.
March 25
– A resident in the 14000 block of state Route 104 reported a suspect had turned on electricity that had been shut off. A report was taken on theft.
– A resident in the 11000 block of Burro Lane, Orient, reported an unknown subject took a gun from his residence. A report was taken on breaking and entering.
– A resident on Locust Grove Road, New Holland, reported suspects had thrown rocks into a field run-off. The rocks were removed, and no charges were filed.
– A resident on Grimes Road, New Holland, reported an unknown person drove their vehicle in the field, causing damage. A report was taken.
– A resident in the 9900 block of Shepherd Road, Lockbourne, reported a domestic dispute with a subject shooting a firearm. The deputy reported there were no threats to the victim.
– A deputy responded to an activated alarm in the 2000 block of Walnut Creek Pike. Everything checked OK.
– A deputy responded to a complaint on a person in the 9000 block of Morgan Road, Orient.
– A deputy responded to a complaint on a person on Ludwig Drive, Circleville.
– A deputy responded to a domestic dispute on North Redding Street, Tarlton.

– Michael Hinson, 27, of Laurelville, struck a deer while traveling on Spangler Road. No injuries were reported.
– A 17-year-old from Circleville reported he fell asleep while driving and ran off the roadway on Morris Leist Road.
– Tierney D. Perkins, 23, of Williamsport, reported she was traveling westbound on state Route 316 when she failed to maintain control and went off the right side of the roadway.
– Ronald Thompson, 61, of Mt. Sterling, was cited for assured clear distance ahead when he struck a vehicle on U.S. Route 62 driven by Anna Hurles, 67, of Washington Court House. Subjects were treated for injuries.
– Marilyn Yvonne Whatley, 35, of Columbus, was arrested on a warrant from Circleville Municipal Court for the original charge of theft.
– Terra N. Smith, 36, of Grove City, was arrested on an indictment from Pickaway County Common Pleas Court for the original charge of two counts of non-support of dependents.
March 26
– A deputy was dispatched to Kingston-Adelphi Road and Poling Road on reports of a possible meth lab. The items were located and disposed of by the detective.
– A deputy located a disabled vehicle at state Route 56 and Route 104. When he approached the vehicle, he reported he could smell the odor of marijuana, and he observed a metal pipe sitting in the center console of the vehicle. The defendant was issued a summons for a minor misdemeanor of possession of drug paraphernalia.
– Brandon C. Howard, 20, of Harrisburg, was arrested for criminal trespassing when he was located back on a property in the 1100 block of Columbus Street, Harrisburg, after being told the day before not to come back.
– Paul C. Caudy Jr., 29, of Orient, was arrested for disorderly conduct after being discovered walking in the roadway on Darby Creek Road while intoxicated.
– A caller reported her boyfriend was hitting her car, causing damage, on Bolender Pontious Road stemming from a domestic violence incident in Ross County. A report was taken on criminal damaging.
– A deputy responded to a complaint on a person on Neville Street, Circleville.
– A deputy performed a well-being check in the 2000 block of Aubrey Court, Circleville.
– A deputy responded to a complaint on a person in the 10000 block of Scioto Darby Road, Orient.
– A deputy performed a well-being check in the 22000 block of Smith Hulse Road, Circleville.
– David E. Cooper, 32, of Circleville, reported he swerved to avoid hitting a vehicle and accidentally struck a second vehicle instead on U.S. Route 23. The driver of the other vehicle left the scene.
– Melaine L. Lambiase, 26, of Circleville, was arrested on two warrants from Pickaway County Common Pleas Court for a violation of probation on the original charge of possession of heroin and an indictment for original charges of two counts of possession of heroin.
March 27
– David A. Marshall, 25, of Circleville, was arrested for theft at Walmart.
– A resident in the 20000 block of U.S. Route 23 reported an unknown person stole his Dodge Ram 3500. A report was taken on theft.
– Audra J. Koval, 41, of Pickerington, was arrested for possession of drugs scheduled I and II and open container following a traffic stop in the 6000 block of state Route 762, Ashville.
– A resident in the 700 block of Deercreek Road, Williamsport, reported she tried to file her taxes and found out an unknown person had already filed in her name. A report was taken on identity fraud.
– A resident in the 10000 block of state Route 762, Lockbourne, reported an unknown person had used her credit card to make purchases. A report was taken on misuse of a credit card.
– A deputy responded to a complaint on a person in the 7000 block of Stahl Road, Orient.
– A deputy responded to a property damage accident in the area of state Route 316 and state Route 104.
– Brent Danner, 42, of Adelphi, was cited for driving under suspension when he backed into a vehicle driven by Sally Majors, 68, of Circleville, at Circleville Plaza.
– Ashley Steele, 29, of Chillicothe, was cited for failure to control when she failed to negotiate a right turn and went off the roadway into a field on state Route 138. No injuries were reported.
– Amy M. Hoylman, 36, of Chillicothe, was arrested on a warrant from Circleville Municipal Court for failure to appear on original charges of three counts of driving under suspension.
March 28
– A caller in the 14000 block of Davis Road, Mt. Sterling, reported a subject in their care was being disruptive and assaulting them. No charges were filed.
– A caller reported someone stole his bicycle while it was parked in front of Walmart on South Court Street.
– A deputy responded to reports of a vehicle fire in the 6000 block of London Lancaster Road, Canal Winchester. Bloom Township Fire Department arrived and extinguished the fire. The vehicle was a total loss.
– A deputy responded to a complaint on a person in the 10000 block of U.S. Route 62, Orient.
– A deputy responded to reports of telephone harassment on Indian Trail Road, Circleville.
– A deputy responded to a complaint on a vehicle in the 15000 block of Matville Road, Orient.
– A deputy responded to a complaint on a person in the 8000 block of Greensway Avenue, Darbyville.
– Charles D. Johnson, 24, of Columbus, was arrested on a capias issued from Pickaway County Common Pleas Court for a violation of probation on the original charge of aggravated possession of drugs.
March 29
– Joseph E. McNichols, 40, of Laurelville, was arrested for felonious assault after a resident in the 200 block of West Main Street, Tarlton, reported he was attacked and injured by McNichols.
– A caller reported an unknown person had dumped several large cardboard boxes at the Mackey Ford Wildlife area on state Route 762. A report was taken on littering.
– A resident in the 12000 block of Crownover Mill Road, Mt. Sterling, reported his estranged wife came to his house, and they got into an argument. No charges were filed.
– Chelsey N. Ramsey, 21, of Williamsport, was arrested for a probation violation in the 100 block of North Water Street, Williamsport, after deputies responded to reports of a domestic dispute.
– A deputy responded to a property damage accident in the 20000 block of Gay Dresbach Road, Circleville.
– Elizabeth Peters, 20, of Circleville, advised she ran off the roadway and struck a guardrail on state Route 56. No injuries were reported.
– Matthew S. Bell, 25, of New Holland, was arrested on a warrant from Circleville Municipal Court for failure to appear on the original charge of driving under suspension.
– Caleb W. Cumberland, 26, of Columbus, was arrested on a warrant from Circleville Municipal Court for failure to appear on the original charge of failure to reinstate.
March 30
– A deputy responded to reports of a fire in the 17000 block of Main Street, Ringgold. The deputy advised when he arrived that a rabbit hutch containing two rabbits was on fire. The victim stated he was not sure how the fire started.
– A resident in the 11000 block of Bulen Pierce Road, Lockbourne, reported the theft of four tires and rims from his property.
– A caller reported the tenants had moved out of a residence in the 16000 block of Commercial Point Road, and a possibly known suspect broke in and took several items. A report was taken on breaking and entering.
– A resident in the 400 block of East Alley, Williamsport, reported a juvenile had stolen her son’s three-wheel toy. It was located and returned.
– A resident in the 19000 block of Arapaho Drive reported two money orders came up missing during a domestic situation. A report was taken on theft.
