The following cases recently were heard by Judge P. Randall Knece in Pickaway County Common Pleas Court:
– Lacey Burris, 22, of Villa Drive, Circleville, pleaded guilty to a violation of community control. Burris was sentenced to 18 months in state prison.
– Paul C. Candy Sr., 50, of Iroquois Way, Orient, pleaded guilty to felony driving under the influence. He is being held with no bond awaiting a pre-sentence investigation by the court.
– Kali Jo Craiglow, 19, of Tarlton-Adelphi Road, Laurelville, pleaded not guilty to burglary and theft. A pretrial hearing is set for May 13.
– Winifred B. Davis, 47, of Miller Avenue, Ashville, pleaded guilty to theft. She will be sentenced following a pre-sentence investigation by the court.
– Joshua A. Everetts, 28, of Columbus, pleaded guilty to burglary. He will be sentenced following a pre-sentence investigation by the court.
– Chad C. Grabill, 20, of Island Road, Circleville, pleaded not guilty to possession of heroin. A pretrial hearing is set for May 13.
– Joseph L. Greene, 43, of Charleston, West Virginia, pleaded not guilty to trafficking in marijuana and possession of marijuana. A pretrial hearing is set for May 13.
– Lindsay M. Hoel, 26, of Charleston, West Virginia, pleaded guilty to possession of heroin. She was sentenced to three years in state prison with a six-month driver’s license suspension.
– Jermaine Jackson Sr., 28, of Columbus, pleaded not guilty to having weapons under disability, receiving stolen property and possession of cocaine. A pretrial hearing is set for May 13.
– James A. Koon Jr., 36, of Corning, pleaded guilty to breaking and entering and possession of criminal tools. He was sentenced to eight months in state prison.
– Joseph J. Larue, 38, of Wilmington, pleaded not guilty to non-support of dependents. A pretrial hearing is set for May 13.
– Deborah J. Mackay, 60, of East Franklin Street, Circleville, pleaded guilty to theft from the elderly. She was sentenced to 12 months in state prison.
– Cody S. McKibben, 25, of Commercial Point Road, Circleville, pleaded guilty to a violation of community control. He was sentenced to 30 days in the county jail, followed by 60 days on a GPS monitor.
– Nelson G. Milliken Jr., 46, of Frankfort, pleaded not guilty to a violation of community control. A pretrial hearing is set for May 13.
– Kathy A. Shull, 45, of East Mound Street, Circleville, pleaded guilty to a violation of community control. She was ordered to complete an inpatient program at Pickaway Area Recovery Services (PARS).
– Timothy E. Zeimer, 37, of Railroad Street, Stoutsville, pleaded guilty to possession of heroin. He was sentenced to 11 months in state prison and a six-month driver’s license suspension.
– Ashley D. Anderson, 29, of Adelphi, pleaded not guilty to illegal manufacture of drugs. A pretrial hearing is set for April 8.
– Marty T. Karshner, 43, of Portsmouth, pleaded guilty to attempted illegal assembly of chemicals for the manufacture of drugs and aggravated possession of drugs. He was sentenced to 18 months in state prison (suspended), a $1,500 fine, a six-month driver’s license suspension and three years of community control.
– Taylor N. Sampson, 23, of Cherokee Lane, Orient, pleaded guilty to five counts of receiving stolen property. Sampson was sentenced to nine months in state prison.
