Mae C. Crockett, 72, of Ashville, passed away on March 29, 2016, in Ashville.
She was born on July 19, 1943, in Pickaway County, to James and Dorothy (Ward) Cottrill.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Wylie Crockett; brother, James Cottrill; and a sister, Jean Wallace.
Mae is survived by her sons, Frank, James, Kenneth and Gary Sr. Shepherd; daughter, Dee Ann (Bob) Mitchell; grandchildren, Gary Jr., Richard, Shawn, Kenneth, James, Will and Catherine; three great-grandchildren; and by sister, Dorothy Butterbaugh.
Funeral services will be held at noon Thursday, March 31, 2016, at the Wellman Funeral Home with burial to follow in Reber Hill Cemetery. Friends may call from 10 a.m. until the time of service at noon on Thursday at the funeral home.
