Jeremiah Jacob Cox, 35, of Mount Sterling, passed away on Tuesday, March 8, 2016.
He was born on April 11, 1980, in Columbus, to Clyde and Tina (Smith) Cox.
He was a supervisor for Welsh American and was a member of Crossroads Church, Lithopolis, where he was an active volunteer, active pee wee football and softball coach and loved flag football.
Jeremiah is survived by his mother and step-father, Tina and David Clements; father and step-mother, Clyde and Carol Cox; wife, Dusti Mae (Briggs) Cox; children, Elisabeth, Rowan, Gavin and Wyatt; brother, Levi (Brandy) Cox; special friends, Kurt Adkins, Tony Graham, Nancy Chilcote and too many others to mention.
Funeral services will be held at 7 p.m. Friday, March 11, 2016, at the Wellman Funeral Home, Circleville, with the services being performed by Crossroads Ministry in Lithopolis. The family requests that friends and family wear blue jeans, plaid shirt, boots and hat. Friends may call at the funeral home from 4 to 7 p.m.
Memorial contributions are suggested to OSU James Cancer Hospital for Melanoma Research.
