James Emory Stepp, 70, of Laurelville, passed away on Feb. 24, 2016.
He was born on July 5, 1945, in Inez, Kentucky, to the late Jesse and Nola Stepp.
He was a Vietnam Army veteran and retired from maintenance at Johnson Controls.
James is survived by his wife, Barbara Stepp; children, Tammy, Kenneth, Mark and Gary; 10 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and by sisters, Doris DePriest, Helen Driere and Billie Webster.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Monday, Feb. 29, 2016, at the Wellman Funeral Home, Laurelville, with Pastor Brian Davis officiating. Burial will follow in Green Summit Cemetery. Friends may call from 11 a.m. until the time of service at 1 p.m. Monday at the funeral home in Laurelville.
