Annabelle Jones Skaggs, 92, of Laurelville, passed away on Feb. 19, 2016.
She was born on Jan. 28, 1924, in Hocking County, to Harley and Odessa (Rodgers) Congrove.
She was preceded in death by her parents; son, David Jones; and siblings, Merle, Gerald, John and Charles Congrove and Garnet Lashley.
Annabelle is survived by her children, Robert (Terrie) Jones and Doris Jones; and by one grandchild.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 23, 2016, at the Wellman Funeral Home, Laurelville, with Rev. James Vandagriff officiating. Burial will follow in Hallsville Cemetery. Friends may call from 11 a.m. until the time of service at 1 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home in Laurelville.
