Students named to OU-C dean’s list
The following local students attending Ohio University-Chillicothe were named to the dean’s list for the fall 2015 semester. Students earning a grade point average of at least 3.5 for the semester are eligible for the honor.
Local students are Kelsey Clay and Deanna Gloyd of Ashville; Morgan Bivens, Leah Hardman, Hannah Johnson, Karen Kocher, Brent Mallow, Ryan Miller, Tiffany Pontius. Kayla Rhoads, Cory Robinson, Summer Sisterman and Madeleine Stevenson of Circleville; James Brown, Felicia Detty, Samuel Lockwood, Allie Pontius, Maria Root and Holly Swepston of Kingston; Taylor Riddle, Hannah Stump and Devin Unger of Laurelville; Abigail Crabtree and Lauren Meadows of Orient; and Chase Green, Angela McCoy, Kimberlee Parkins, Marcie Puckett and Stefanie Scott of Williamsport.
McDonald named to honors list at FDU
Evan McDonald of Circleville, a student at Fairleigh Dickinson University’s Metropolitan Campus in Teaneck, New Jersey, has been named to the honors list for the spring 2015 semester.
To qualify for the honors list, a student must carry a 3.5 or better grade point average out of a possible 4.0 and be enrolled in a minimum of 12 letter-graded hours (four courses).
Steck earns dean’s list honors
Sara Steck of Orient was named to the fall 2015 dean’s list at the University of Findlay. To earn this achievement, a student must attain a grade point average of at least 3.5 on a 4.0 scale.
Miller named to dean’s list at Wittenberg
Jessica Miller of Orient maintained a 3.5 or higher grade point average for the 2015 fall semester and earned a place on the dean’s list.
